Packing and Preparation

• Sort – All like items will be put together. 
• Evaluate – Is this something you want to keep and move, donate, sell or eliminate? 
• Packing - All items with be carefully packed and clearly labeled to making unpacking extremely efficient
• Loading - Create a logical plan for loading and unloading the truck to expedite the move. 
• Planning - Create a pre-plan for placement of all items in your new home 
• Shopping ​- Do you need any organizational items for your new home, shoes hangers, bins, lazy Susan, etc. ?

Moving Day Services

• Oversee loading of moving truck
• Oversee movers at new location for correct placement of all items and boxes
• Unpack, organize and put away all your belongings
• Set up Kitchen for functionality and efficiency 
• Organize bedrooms - hang cloths by style and color code
• Organize drawers
• Arrange folded items, purses, belts, shoes
• Make beds
• Set up Bathrooms 
• Organize dining room, living room, great room, etc. 

What you Should Know

• Absolutely Organized is not a moving company. We do not load or unload trucks. We help with planning, packing, unpacking and organizing. Plus we offer many helpful ideas to make the move go as smoothly as possible. 
• You are not required to hire us for all the services listed above.  We are here to help. You can hire us to do a few of the moving services listed or all of them. The choice is yours.
• We recommend starting the process as early as possible to make for a seamless moving day. We can begin weeks or months in advance. We start with the sorting process so we are able to eliminate, sell or donate those unwanted items early. Then we start packing and labeling all those items you rarely use, so as we approach moving day, you won't feel the anxiety of wondering how you are going to get it all done in time. 

Rates

• Affordable rates and quality service.
• The cost for packing, unpacking and organizing is $60 per hour.
• Payment is due at the end of each organizing day.
• Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Check, Venmo or Zelle.

Package Pricing

• 12 hours - 5% discount = $684
• 20 hours- 10% discount = $1080
• 40 hours - 15% discount = $2040
• Package pricing discount may not be combined with any other offers. 
• To receive the benefits of the package pricing discount, full payment is required in advance. 
• Pre-purchased packages are not eligible for refunds (but any unused hours are carried over and available to use within one year of purchase)

​Q: Does your Company provide movers?
A: No. We are not a moving company. We pack, unpack and organize your move. We will oversee the movers if this is a service our clients want.

Q: How do I know when it is time to hire an organizer?
A: It is never too soon to begin. We recommend a minimum of 45-60 days prior to move. This gives you time to determine what items you no longer want so you can eliminate or donate. We also begin pre-packing and staging those items not currently necessary to your daily life. 

Q: What areas does your company service?
A: We provide services in Las Vegas, Henderson and Summerlin in Nevada.
